After the order is confirmed, our team would contact the customer via WhatsApp or video call, guiding them to take measurements and discuss about the colour and fabric of their choice.
Fabric and lace samples would be sent to the customer for verification, before the garment is made. (Malaysia Only)
The customer would be updated on the process of the garment via WhatsApp. Any changes on the design required by the customer could be made during the process of the garment.
After the garment is complete, our team would contact the customer to confirm the sizing of the garment. Alterations would be made (if required), before shipping out.
This usually takes around 30-40 days.
